EnglandKing Arthur's Round Table is a Neolithic henge dating from about 2000 BC, located in Eamont Bridge, Cumbria, approximately 2 km southeast of Penrith. The monument is around 90 m in diameter with a circular ditch some 12 m wide and 1.5 m deep. It sits only 400 m from Mayburgh Henge, forming a significant henge complex suggesting a ritual landscape. Excavations in the 1930s uncovered a trench containing cremated bone near the centre. Two standing stones were documented near the northern entrance in the 17th century but have since disappeared. The site is a Scheduled Monument managed by English Heritage.
