Argura

Argura (also Argissa or Argusa) was an ancient Greek polis in Pelasgiotis, Thessaly, situated on the Peneus River near Larissa [1]. Modern scholarship identifies the site with Gremnos Magoula, approximately 7 kilometres west of Larissa, where archaeological remains include a nearby tumulus [2].
