White Sheet Hill is a chalk downland hill in Wiltshire, England, representing one of the most westerly areas of British downland [1]. The site contains a Neolithic causewayed enclosure and Bronze Age barrows. An Iron Age hillfort known as White Sheet Camp crowns the summit [1]. A Roman road once crossed the hill, serving as the principal route through Selwood Forest [1]. The hill has been under National Trust ownership since 1946 as part of the Stourhead estate, preserving rare chalk grassland habitats [1].
