Kraku Lu Jordan

Kraku Lu Jordan is a Roman-era archaeological settlement in eastern Serbia, situated at the confluence of the Brodica River into the Pek River near Kučevo [1]. It represents the most extensively studied metallurgical center in eastern Serbia, with industrial activity spanning approximately 100 years from around 280 AD to 380 AD [1]. The site is precisely dated through coins from the reign of Emperor Diocletian [1]. This metallurgical complex was destroyed by fire in the late 4th century [1]. Archaeological excavations were conducted from 1971 to 1987 [1].
