EnglandIron Age hillfort and Scheduled Monument near Clun in south-west Shropshire, overlooking Chapel Lawn within a loop of the River Redlake [1]. Like its namesake near Church Stretton, it is traditionally associated with the last stand of the British chieftain Caratacus against Rome around AD 50 [1] [2] [3].
