Niedertiefenbach - Megalithic Tomb

The Niedertiefenbach tomb (Steinkistengrab von Niedertiefenbach) is a gallery grave located near the village of Niedertiefenbach, about 2 km north of Beselich in Hesse, Germany. Belonging to the Wartberg culture of Central Europe's Later Neolithic, it holds particular significance for its sequence of collective burial layers, offering rare insights into Neolithic mortuary practices in the region.[1]
