Poundbury Hill

Poundbury Hill in Dorset, England, is a multi-period archaeological site spanning Neolithic to Roman times. It features a substantial Bronze Age occupation site and an Iron Age hillfort with late Iron Age burials[1]. The site includes a section of Roman aqueduct and, on its eastern side, an earlier Romano-British farmstead[1]. An extensive cemetery belonging to the Roman town Durnovaria has been identified[1].
