The Grey Mare and her Colts is a Neolithic chambered long barrow near Abbotsbury in Dorset, England, constructed during the Early and Middle Neolithic periods [1]. The burial chamber was partially excavated in the early nineteenth century, revealing human bones and pottery fragments [1]. Today the monument survives as a nearly rectangular earthwork mound measuring 24 metres in length, 1 metre in height, and tapering from 13 metres in width [1].
