Echo Stoa

The Echo Stoa is a colonnaded walkway located within the sanctuary of Zeus at Olympia, Greece. The structure derives its name from a remarkable acoustic phenomenon: sounds uttered at one end can be heard clearly at the other, a result of its precise architectural design [1].
