Merrivale, Devon

Merrivale is a Bronze Age and Neolithic ceremonial complex on western Dartmoor, Devon [1] [2]. The site includes two double stone rows (the longest stretching 263 metres), a stone circle of 11 granite stones approximately 18 metres in diameter, a standing menhir over 3 metres tall, and several burial cairns [1]. Over 50 roundhouses from a Bronze Age farming settlement spread across the hillside north of the stone rows [1].
