Dewerstone is an Iron Age hill fort on a rocky promontory overlooking the River Plym on the south-west edge of Dartmoor, approximately 210 metres above sea level [1]. The fortification features ramparts on the northern side of the promontory [1]. The location offers strategic views over the River Plym valley near Plympton in Devon [1].
