Pentre Camp

Pentre Camp is an Iron Age multivallate hillfort near Llangynyw in Powys, Wales. The oval enclosure measures approximately 74m by 48m, covering 0.32 hectares. It features five concentric ramparts on the south and east sides and three on the north and west, with an entrance passage in the east. Described as "carefully and expertly planned," it is difficult to parallel in central Wales. A prominent spring below the fort likely influenced its siting.
