Kale-Krševica

Kale-Krševica is an archaeological site in southern Serbia, dating to the Late Classical and Early Hellenistic periods (roughly 500 BC–1 AD). [1] It holds the remains of the northernmost Ancient Macedonian city discovered to date. [2] The settlement occupied a strategic plateau on the Rujan mountain's descent toward the South Morava and Vranje valley, overlooking modern Bujanovac. [1]
