Wanakawri is an archaeological site in the Huanuco Region, Huanuco Province, Chinchao District, situated southeast of San Pablo de Pillao at approximately 3,359 m elevation. The site shares its name with the more famous Wanakawri sacred mountain near Cusco, reflecting the widespread Andean practice of naming significant places after important wak'as. It is one of numerous archaeological sites documented in the Huanuco Region's highland zones.
