PeruK'ipakhara (Hispanicized as Quepacara) is an archaeological site in the Huanuco Region of Peru, situated in Huamalies Province, Llata District. The site lies southeast of Llata near the village of Milpo at an elevation of approximately 3,600 metres. The name derives from Quechua, meaning decomposed plant rests used as fertilizer. The site features caves including a sanctuary with a structure resembling a mausoleum adorned with stylized serpents on its facade.
