LebanonA Roman-era nymphaeum in Temnin el-Foka, located 28 km southwest of Baalbek in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley at 1,100 m elevation. The arched watercourse is built of large stones, constructed 4 metres deep into a hillside, leading to an underground cistern. A boundary pillar carved with the image of a water goddess marks the outflow. The sanctuary was dedicated to the water deities Hadad and Atargatis, reflecting broader water cult practices across the Bekaa.
