Greenway Camp

Greenway Camp (also called Noss) is a Late Iron Age multiple enclosure hill fort in the parish of Kingswear near Dartmouth, Devon. Situated 65-80m above sea level overlooking Noss Point in the Dart Estuary, its ramparts survive well with earth banks measuring 2-5m wide and rising up to 2.5m from the interior. Multiple enclosure forts are relatively rare, with only about 75 examples recorded in England, mostly in Devon and Cornwall. The site dates mainly to 350 BC - AD 50 and remains unexcavated, preserving significant archaeological potential.
