The Pyramid of Neferhetepes is a small subsidiary pyramid at Saqqara, built for Queen Neferhetepes, daughter of Pharaoh Djedefre of the Fourth Dynasty and wife of Userkaf, the first king of the Fifth Dynasty. She was the earliest confirmed priestess of Hathor and mother of Pharaoh Sahure. First recognized by C. M. Firth in 1928, the pyramid originally stood 16.8 m high with a base of 26.25 m and a slope of 52 degrees. Today it survives only as a mound of rubble with its burial chamber exposed by stone robbers.
