The Pyramid of Djedkare Isesi is a late 25th to mid-24th century BC pyramid complex in South Saqqara, Egypt, built for Fifth Dynasty pharaoh Djedkare Isesi. Known locally as Haram el-Shawaf, it was the first pyramid constructed in the South Saqqara necropolis [1].
