The Uffington White Horse is a prehistoric hill figure located on Whitehorse Hill in Oxfordshire, England[1]. Measuring 110 metres (360 feet) in length, the geoglyph is created by deep trenches filled with crushed white chalk that form a stylized horse design visible from the surrounding Vale of White Horse[1]. The figure occupies the scarp of the Berkshire Downs, situated 16 km east of Swindon and 2.5 km south of Uffington village[1]. It is considered one of Britain's oldest hill figures, with its distinctive stylized form best viewed from the air or from across the vale in villages such as Great Coxwell and Longcot[1].
