Pyrgos (also Myrtos-Pyrgos) is a Minoan archaeological site near Myrtos in the municipality of Ierapetra on the south coast of Crete. The site provides evidence of settlements along the southern Ierapetra Isthmus [1]. It is located close to the Myrtos valley and features a harbor with a nearby mountain range providing natural protection [1]. The settlement includes a courtyard, multiple rooms, a country house, and a tomb [1].
