Lullingstone Roman Villa is a Roman-era residence in Kent, southeastern England, located in the Darent Valley alongside six other villas [1]. Built around AD 80-90 during the Roman occupation of Britain, the villa was repeatedly expanded over the centuries [1]. It was occupied intermittently throughout the Romano-British period until its destruction by fire in the late 4th or early 5th century [1]. The occupants were likely wealthy Romans or native Britons who had adopted Roman customs [1]. After its destruction, the site was only reoccupied during the medieval period [1].
