An early Iron Age hillfort from Scythian times (6th century BC) in the village of Khotiv, adjoining southern Kyiv near Feofaniya Park. It occupies a rhombic plateau of 1,000 x 700 m bordered by stream valleys, with a total fortified area of approximately 48 hectares surrounded by earth ramparts, scarps, and moats. Designated an archaeological monument of national significance by Ukraine in 2001, with first excavations conducted in 1948 revealing Scythian pottery and later Slavic artifacts.
