Archaeological site near Orbe in Vaud, Switzerland, housing the largest collection of Roman mosaics in the country. The vast villa, built around 160 AD on remains of a 1st-century structure, spanned over 200 metres with approximately 100 rooms, including heated chambers with hypocaust systems, private baths, and a Mithraeum. Nine floor mosaics survive, depicting mythological scenes such as the Labyrinth of Theseus and the Minotaur, along with Roman divinities and geometric patterns. First discovered in 1841, the site served as a field school for Universite de Lausanne archaeology students from 1986 to 2004.
