Roca dels Bous - Archaeological Site

Located in Sant Llorenç de Montgai in the Catalan Pyrenees, Spain, Roca dels Bous is a Middle Paleolithic archaeological site where Neanderthals lived approximately 50,000 years ago [1]. Since 1988, researchers from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and UCL Institute of Archaeology have studied the fossil sequence of southern European Neanderthals using a worldwide unique digital system and innovative technologies [1].
