Ghazi Shah Mound

Ghazi Shah Mound is an ancient archaeological site in Johi Tehsil, Dadu District, Sindh, Pakistan, among the earliest Indus Valley civilization settlements dating back 4000-6000 years. First explored by N.G. Majumdar in 1930-31 and later excavated by Louis Flam in 1985-87, the site reveals Amrian, Mature Indus, Kulli, and Nal cultural phases. Finds include bull figurines, terracotta beads, copper tools, and chert flake implements. Named after Syed Gaji Shah whose shrine stands nearby.
