The Devil's Den

The Devil's Den is a Neolithic dolmen burial chamber on Fyfield Hill near Marlborough, Wiltshire [1]. Part of a larger passage grave on Fyfield Down, only two standing stones, a massive capstone, and two fallen stones remain of what was once an entrance to a mound approximately 230 ft long [1][2]. The capstone weighs an estimated 17 tons [1][2]. The chamber was reconstructed in 1921 [1][2].
