Long Burgh is an unchambered Neolithic long barrow near Alfriston in East Sussex, constructed between approximately 3400 and 2400 BC. The mound measures 56 metres long, 28 metres wide, and up to 1.8 metres high, oriented northeast-southwest with flanking ditches from which chalk was quarried for construction. One of the largest barrows in Sussex, it overlooks the Cuckmere Valley and sits beside the South Downs Way National Trail. A 1767 investigation recovered skeletal remains and a pottery urn, both since lost.
