Cadson Bury

Cadson Bury is an Iron Age hillfort in Cornwall, England, located about 3.2 km (2 mi) south-west of Callington [1]. Sited on Cadson Bury Down, it occupies a commanding position above the River Lynher [1]. The univallate (single-bank) earthwork encloses an oval area measuring approximately 275 metres north to south and 170 metres east to west, covering about 2.5 hectares (6.2 acres) [1]. The site probably dates to the early Iron Age [1].
