EnglandShowery Tor is a Neolithic to Early Bronze Age ring cairn on Bodmin Moor, Cornwall, consisting of a natural 5-metre (16 ft) granite outcrop enveloped by a massive circular stone enclosure with stones up to 30 metres (98 ft) in diameter and 1.2 metres (3.9 ft) high. Located 0.6 km (0.4 mi) north of Rough Tor on a ridge-top, it serves as a prominent landmark and dates to approximately 4500–3000 BC. [1]
