Bussock Camp

Bussock Camp is an Iron Age bivallate hillfort located on Phillip's Hill within Bussock Wood, south of Chieveley in Berkshire, England. The defences feature a double bank and ditch on the south and east sides, with only a single bank surviving on the north and west. The entrance to the north is believed to be original, and the enclosure covers approximately 4.4 hectares. Thought to have been occupied from the 6th century BC, the site likely supported a fluctuating population of up to 300 people over several centuries.
