Ñawpallaqta, Huanca Sancos

Nawpallaqta (Quechua for "ancient place") is an archaeological site in the Ayacucho Region of Peru, located in Huanca Sancos Province, Carapo District. The site has been declared a National Cultural Heritage (Patrimonio Cultural) of Peru. It is one of several pre-Columbian settlement sites recorded in the Department of Ayacucho.
