Puntay Urqu is a mountain and archaeological site at 3,267 m elevation in the Carhuanca District of Vilcas Huaman Province, Ayacucho Region, Peru. The site lies between the villages of Hanan Raymi (Rayme Alto) and Urpaypukyu (Urpaypuquio) and is visited as a natural viewpoint. It is part of a broader landscape of pre-Columbian settlement sites in the Vilcas Huaman area, a region significant for its Inca administrative center.
