Quriwayrachina, Ayacucho

Quriwayrachina is an Inca period archaeological site in Peru's Ayacucho Region, Lucanas Province, Carmen Salcedo District [1]. The settlement sits near the mountain Inka Pallanka, venerated as an apu by local communities [1]. It features two platforms known as Hatun Quri Wayrachina and Huch'uy Quri Wayrachina [1]. On April 20, 2011, the site was designated a National Cultural Heritage of Peru through Resolución Viceministerial No. 459-2011-VMPCIC-MC [2].
