Wamanilla

Wamanilla (also known as Huamanilla or Misayuq Pata) is an archaeological site in the Ayacucho Region of Peru, straddling the Huanca Sancos and Victor Fajardo provinces at approximately 4,200 metres above sea level. The site, whose Quechua name Misayuq Pata means 'elevated place with a table,' was declared a National Cultural Heritage site by Peru's Ministry of Culture in 2011. Wamanilla is also the name of the mountain at the site, situated in the highlands near Sacsamarca and Huancaraylla districts.
