Gantoftadösen

Gantoftadösen is a partially destroyed dolmen in the area of Helsingborg in Scania [1]. The dolmen is registered with the RAÄ as Kvistofta 14:1 and was erected between 3500 and 2800 BC by members of the Funnelbeaker culture [1]. The rectangular chamber was about 2.8 m long and 1.4 m wide [1]. Three large support stones hold up a meter thick roof stone of 2.5 x 2.5 m, which is partially split in the middle [1]. On the roof stone are nine cup marks [1].
