Llactan

An archaeological site in the La Peca District of Bagua Province, Amazonas Region, Peru, also known as Anguyo Alto, situated at an elevation of 1,063 metres. The site features distinctive semicircular buildings characteristic of the pre-Columbian cultures of the region. It lies within the broader Bagua archaeological zone, which was inhabited by the Bagua culture from approximately 1300 to 200 BC, a civilization known for fishing and hunting.
