Wandlebury Hill Fort

Wandlebury Hill Fort (c. 400 BC–1st century AD) is an Iron Age hillfort on Wandlebury Hill in the Gog Magog Hills, Cambridgeshire, England, southeast of Cambridge. The first fortification consisted of a substantial outer ditch and an inner rampart bank of chalk rubble and soil, enclosing a circular area[1][2]. Now a country park, it was the most important of three hillforts in the downs[3].
