EnglandAiskew Roman Villa is a Roman villa in Aiskew, North Yorkshire, England. It was discovered by geophysical survey in July 2013 ahead of construction of the Bedale, Aiskew and Leeming Bar bypass [1]. The site was partly excavated between November 2014 and February 2015 by Pre-Construct Archaeology [1][2]. The villa dates to the 3rd - 4th century AD and represents a significant Roman residential complex identified during road improvement works.
