Yanaca is a pre-Incan archaeological site in Peru's Apurimac Region, Aymaraes Province. Located in the Andes between Quechua and Suni ecological zones, the settlement predates Inca expansion into the region. The site encompasses ancient towns surrounding present-day Yanaca, representing late pre-Columbian Andean occupation before the Inca conquest.
