Molloko

Molloko is an archaeological site in the Puno Region of Peru, about 5 km south of Acora near Lake Titicaca. The site features five fieldstone chullpas (funerary towers) arranged on a hillside, with two quadrangular and two circular plans constructed around one with a square plan. Also known as Kacha Kacha, the site was first documented by Marion Tschopik in 1946 and has been attributed to the Lupaca culture or the Inca period. It was declared a National Cultural Heritage site by Peru's National Institute of Culture.
