Normanton Down is a Neolithic and Bronze Age barrow cemetery located about 0.6 miles (1 km) south of Stonehenge on the Wiltshire chalk downland in England[1]. The site contains a Neolithic long barrow and approximately 40 or more Bronze Age round barrows arranged along the crest of a low ridge[1]. Burials date from between 2600 and 1600 BC, representing continuous use over 1,000 years[1].
