Leaze Stone Circle

Leaze Stone Circle is a Bronze Age monument in the parish of St. Breward on Bodmin Moor, Cornwall. The circle is approximately 23-24 metres in diameter and is composed of sixteen stones, six of which have fallen, with an estimated original count of twenty-two stones. A hedge now cuts through its centre. Astronomer Norman Lockyer noted an 11-degree alignment between the Trippet Stones and Leaze, suggesting a possible stellar rising alignment. The circle sits within a broader prehistoric landscape, with alignments connecting Fernacre, Leaze, and the Trippet Stones in a straight line across the moor.
