La Chaire a Calvin is a Magdalenian rock shelter in the Gersac valley near Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, Charente, France. The shelter occupies a southeast-facing cliff and features a sculpted frieze dating to approximately 15,000 years BP [1]. This assemblage provides evidence of the hunting practices and environment occupied by Upper Paleolithic hunter-gatherer groups in this region of southwestern France.
