Iron Age hillfort on the Llyn Peninsula near Nefyn, Wales, enclosing approximately 10 hectares at 250m elevation. Surveys documented about 170 stone-walled round house foundations, suggesting a community of 100-400 people. The lower stone rampart is the original Iron Age defence, while a fortified citadel (60x30m) on the eastern side was likely added during the early medieval period, possibly serving as a castle of Welsh princes. Finds include a stone axe head, slingstones, and Roman glass beads.
