Carnedd y Ddelw Cairn

Carnedd y Ddelw is a Bronze Age burial cairn in the Carneddau mountains of north Wales, occupying a summit northeast of Foel-fras. The summit features two large shelter cairns hollowed from a massive prehistoric burial cairn [1]. Its eastern slopes drain via Afon Tafolog to Afon Roe, flowing through Rowen before joining the River Conwy [2]. The site forms the final top on Carnedd Llewelyn's long northern spur, with Tal y Fan to the northeast [3].
