Svileuva is a village in the Koceljeva municipality, Macva District of Serbia, first mentioned in Roman sources from the 1st to 4th centuries AD within the Sirmium district. The site is a significant Roman imperial period archaeological location, most notably for the discovery of 21,000 Roman coins in a single post-World War II excavation -- one of the largest coin hoards found in the region. This substantial find provides valuable evidence of extensive Roman economic activity and settlement in the area during the imperial period.
