Antas da Valeira

Antas da Valeira comprises two Chalcolithic dolmen (burial chambers) located about 100 metres apart in a farm field near the village of Nossa Senhora da Graça do Divor in the Évora district of Portugal's Alentejo region[1]. Situated roughly 1 kilometre from the Vale Maria do Meio Cromlech and approximately 10 kilometres from the famous Almendres Cromlech, these monuments form part of a dense concentration of megalithic sites in the Évora area[1]. Like many Portuguese dolmens, they feature large stone slabs forming a chamber used for collective burials during the 4th–3rd millennium BC[1]. The site remains largely unstudied by archaeologists and is in poor condition[1].
