MexicoTingambato (also Tinganio) is an archaeological site in Michoacan, Mexico, between Patzcuaro and Uruapan [1] [2]. Its first stage began around 450 AD with ceremonial platforms and temples; the second stage shows strong Teotihuacan influence through talud-tablero architecture and sunken plazas [1]. The site includes an I-shaped ball court with a decorative ring [1] [3]. Tomb 1 contained remains of 15 complete skeletons plus fragments of 50-124 additional individuals with 32 scattered skulls suggesting reuse [1].
