Ghar Dalam is a 144-metre long phreatic tube and cave in Birzebbuga, Malta [1]. The cave contains the bones of animals that lived on Malta during the Pleistocene and Holocene epochs [1]. It gave its name to the Ghar Dalam phase of Maltese prehistory [1]. Pottery similar to that found at Stentinello was found here [1]. The site is considered one of Malta's most important national monuments [1].
